One of our members, Celeste, has generously offered to teach a mama and babe stroller/yoga class to us for the next few weeks as the weather warms up! The classes will be held outdoors in lovely Alamo Placita Park. Mamas should bring a stroller for their babies and a yoga mat or cushy blanket for baby and mama to do some floor poses. The park includes a playground area for older babies and children, and there are also picnic tables if anyone is interested in bringing some light snacks.
