Welcome! We are a fun and friendly group of Denver-area breastfeeding moms (and women who have breastfed our children in the past). We like to gather for support, socializing, exchange of ideas, and encouragement. Any mama who is supportive of breastfeeding is welcome in this laid back and non-judgmental group. All of our activities are breastfeeding friendly, and fun for both mamas and nursing babes. We have both weekday and weekend meetups to fit all schedules. Partners and older children are welcome at our events. If you're pregnant and thinking about breastfeeding, this is also a great group for you to connect with. Newcomers are always welcome. Membership in this group is FREE.

FREE Yoga Mama Stroller Class at Alamo Placita Park
One of our members, Celeste, has generously offered to teach a mama and babe stroller/yoga class to us for the next few weeks as the weather warms up! The classes will be held outdoors in lovely Alamo Placita Park. Mamas should bring a stroller for their babies and a yoga mat or cushy blanket for baby and mama to do some floor poses. Read more
